Due to most items being unique or limited batches, we’re not able to offer exchanges or refunds. However, should an item get lost or damaged in the mail, we will be happy to work with you for a positive outcome.
In the event of damaged mail, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and item. Regarding a lost package, please contact us once you’ve started a Post Office inquiry and we’ll go from there. I understand how frustrating a process that can be but I assure you, we’ll find solution!
